Shooting People have got a [1]new training directory on their site which non-members can also access. You can search for documentary and there are usually about 5 - 10 courses up there from providers such as DFG, Frontline Club, OFVM Film Oxford and others. These cover pretty much all aspects of documentary shooting, production, editing etc.
