Synopsis

Ruth Jarman tries to get the parishioners in her local church to take an interest in climate change and join in 'The Wave', a protest rally in London.

We made this film because we wanted to explore how people are motivated by their religious faith to tackle climate change. Ruth Jarman believes as a Christian she has a duty to actively campaign on the issue. The rest of the parishioners in her local church do not however share this motivation or sense of religious duty. This film shows her trying to cajole them, with mixed results, into joining her on a climate change protest rally.
