Synopsis

Becken and Rukiza observe a surgical operation in a desperate bid to remove a life threatening hernia. The operation is performed in an unbelievably poor environment. A make shift theatre in a small local “chocked” clinic in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Most of medical instruments for this operation are adopted and not specific for this purpose.

The patient is a docker, who was involved in a fight with a mate in a local market on the beach. In of comma like state he is brought to the local clinic. The doctor, who save the life of this docker is beyond competent, he is a genius.
